John Polo provides Advus' clients with solid, hands-on business and organization strategies. He has held numerous senior management positions at $400m to $31b manufacturing, consumer products and IT management consulting/product companies worldwide. With focus on marketing, product, sales, organization, IT, strategy and development, across a wide number of industry verticals, John prioritizes and implements people, process and technology investments that maximize both short and long-term growth.

John has 25+ years of expertise leading companies such as Gartner Group, Charles River Consulting, Howard Systems International Consulting, S-doc (Internet Security), and Fractal Edge (Advanced Data Visualization), along with their worldwide clients. Seasoned in application development, network infrastructure support, IT management consulting, and business transformation projects, John has performed senior management roles for Kraft Foods North America, Perkin-Elmer, and Gartner worldwide. He is a well-respected industry practitioner and spokesperson on Business Transformation and Continuous Improvement Programs to drive business results.

John is Chief Operating Officer for Advus. He is responsible for every facet of its growth. In addition, John is responsible for attracting the Sr. Management Consultants that lead the Company’s Performance-Watch™ Business Intelligence and Analytics Dashboard Practice areas in addition to the numerous business and IT areas where he provides business strategy client help. These former CxOs/VPs believe like John in the holistic approach of offering the highest levels of management business and technology consulting that will help them streamline use of information to aggressively impact overall sustainable success.
